Leire Flores is a painter based in Barcelona. His current work focuses in the poetics of absence, loneliness and silence through places and scenarios almost empty, mysterious and in apparent disuse. His work look for the beauty of simplicity. The result is works that acquire a a dreamlike atmosphere that crosses the figurative with a certain surrealist air, through a subtle and elaborate work with the material.
